3. Next, consider the backlash of the planetary reducer. The smaller backlash, the higher the accuracy and the higher the cost. Users to choose to meet the precision requirements of the series of reducer can be. Lateral/radial forces and average life are also considered. The reducer with large transverse/radial force has high reliability in installation and use and is not easy to cause problems. Usually its average life far exceeds the life of the servo motor. After meeting the above indicators, you can choose a reducer with mounting size, shaft diameter and input flange suitable for your motor according to the product catalog provided by our company.
4. Finally, you also need to consider the weight of the motor. A reducer can only be matched with the motor with less than a certain weight, the motor is too heavy, long time operation will damage the reducer's input flange.
