Some users in the selection, mistakenly think that as long as the rated output torque of the selected reducer meets the working requirements, in fact, it is not, one is the rated output torque of the motor multiplied by the reduction ratio, the value obtained in principle is less than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided by the product sample, Second, it should also consider the overload capacity of the driving motor and the greater working torque required in practice. In theory, the user needs more working torque. It must be less than 2 times the rated output torque of the reducer. In particular, some applications must strictly abide by this criterion, which is not only to protect the reducer, but also to avoid the output shaft of the reducer is twisted off. This is mainly because, if the equipment is installed with problems, the output shaft of the reducer and its load is stuck, then the overload capacity of the driving motor will still make it constantly increase output, and then, the force of the output bearing of the reducer may exceed 2 times its rated output torque and twist the output shaft of the reducer. Secondly, in the process of acceleration and deceleration, the output shaft of the reducer by instantaneous torque if more than 2 times its rated output torque, and this acceleration and deceleration is too frequent, then eventually will make the reducer shaft broken. c: the correct installation, use and maintenance of reducer is an important link to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. First of all, before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the size of each part connected with the motor and reducer is matched. Here is the size and tolerance of the positioning boss, input shaft and reducer groove of the motor.
The second step is to unscrew the screw on the outer dustproof hole of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring to align the side hole with the dustproof hole, and insert the inner hexagon to tighten. After that, the motor shaft key is removed.
The third step is to connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it must be ensured that the output shaft of reducer and the input shaft of motor have the same concentricity, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is inconsistent, the motor shaft will be broken or the gear of the reducer will be worn. In addition, in the installation, it is strictly prohibited to hit with a hammer to prevent axial force or radial force too large damage to bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the force bolts. Before installation, the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connection part of the anti-rust oil with gasoline or zinc sodium water wipe clean. The purpose is to ensure tight connection and flexibility of operation, and to prevent unnecessary wear. Before connecting the motor with the reducer, please first put the motor shaft keyway perpendicular to the tightening bolt. To ensure even force, screw the installation bolts in any diagonal position first, but not tightly, then screw the other two diagonal installation bolts and finally tighten the four installation bolts one by one. Screw the force bolt. All tightening bolts shall be fixed and inspected by torque wrench according to fixed torsional torque data indicated. The correct installation of reducer and mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation of reducer and driving motor.
